本ポリシーは、ikesugi-web（以下「当方」）が提供するゲームアプリ「くまサバ」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

要約

本アプリは、個人を特定する情報を一切収集しません。広告・トラッキング・解析は行わず、ゲームの記録や設定はお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。インターネット通信も行いません（完全オフライン）。

1収集しない情報

当方は、本アプリを通じて以下の情報を収集・取得しません。

  • 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの個人情報
  • 位置情報（GPS など）
  • カメラ・マイク・写真・連絡先などの端末データ
  • 広告識別子（IDFA／広告ID）その他のトラッキング識別子
  • 利用状況の解析データ（アナリティクス）・クラッシュレポート

本アプリには、広告表示・第三者解析SDK・トラッキング機能を一切組み込んでいません。

2端末内に保存されるデータ

本アプリは、ゲーム体験のために次のデータをお使いの端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存します。これらが当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

  • ゲームの記録（ハイスコア・到達ステージ・図鑑・解放状況など）
  • 設定（音量・表示・操作方法など）
  • プレイ途中の進行データ
  • メタ強化・武器解放などのセーブデータ

これらのデータは、本アプリを端末から削除すると消去されます。記録・設定はアプリ内の設定画面からも消去できます。

3権限について

本アプリは、カメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先・写真などの権限を要求しません。インターネット通信も必要としません。

4第三者への提供

当方は、利用者の情報を第三者へ提供・販売することはありません（そもそも個人情報を収集していません）。

5お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは子ども向けに作られていますが、お子様から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。本アプリは個人情報を一切取り扱いません。

6ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。変更があった場合は本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。

This Privacy Policy describes how ikesugi-web ("we") handles user information in the game application "Kuma Survivors" ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

Summary

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information. It contains no advertising, tracking, or analytics, and your game records and settings are stored only on your device. The App does not connect to the internet (fully offline).

1Information We Do Not Collect

Through the App, we do not collect or obtain any of the following:

  • Personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or address
  • Location data
  • Device data such as camera, microphone, photos, or contacts
  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA / Advertising ID) or other tracking identifiers
  • Usage analytics or crash reports

The App includes no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no tracking of any kind.

2Data Stored on Your Device

For your game experience, the App stores the following only in local storage on your device. This data is never sent to us or to any third party.

  • Game records (high scores, stages reached, collection, unlock status, etc.)
  • Settings (volume, display, controls, etc.)
  • In-progress run data
  • Save data such as meta-upgrades and weapon unlocks

This data is removed when you delete the App from your device. Records and settings can also be cleared from within the App's settings screen.

3Permissions

The App requests no permissions such as camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos. It does not require internet access.

4Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share or sell user information to any third party (and we do not collect personal information in the first place).

5Children's Privacy

The App is made for children, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App handles no personal information whatsoever.

6Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in law or new features of the App. When changes are made, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
