本ポリシーは、ikesugi-web（以下「当方」）が提供するゲームアプリ「Delbloom」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、個人を特定する情報を一切収集しません。広告・行動解析・トラッキングは行わず、ゲームの記録や設定はお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。
当方は、本アプリを通じて以下の情報を収集・取得しません。
本アプリには広告表示・第三者解析SDK・トラッキング機能を一切組み込んでいません。
本アプリは、ゲーム体験のために次のデータをお使いの端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存します。これらが当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
これらのデータは本アプリを端末から削除すると消去されます。記録・設定はアプリ内の設定画面からも消去できます。
本アプリは買い切りの「フルバージョン解放」を提供します。購入手続きおよび決済情報の取り扱いは、Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が行います。当方は購入の有無（解放されているか）の結果のみを受け取り、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。当方が独自に決済サーバーを運用することもありません。

本アプリは次の目的で通信を行うことがあります。いずれの通信でも個人情報を送信しません。
本アプリは、ネットワーク通信（アプリ内課金に必要）以外に、カメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先・写真などの権限を要求しません。
当方は、前述のApple / Googleによる課金処理を除き、利用者の情報を第三者へ提供・販売することはありません（そもそも個人情報を収集していません）。
本アプリは特に13歳未満のお子様を対象として設計されたものではなく、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。変更があった場合は本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。

This Privacy Policy describes how ikesugi-web ("we") handles user information in the game application "Delbloom" ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information. It contains no advertising, behavioral analytics, or tracking, and your game records and settings are stored only on your device.
Through the App, we do not collect or obtain any of the following:

For your game experience, the App stores the following data only in local storage on your device. This data is never sent to us or to any third party.
This data is removed when you delete the App from your device. Records and settings can also be cleared from within the App's settings screen.
The App offers a one-time "full version unlock." The purchase process and payment information are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We only receive the result of whether a purchase has been made (the entitlement); we never obtain or store payment information such as credit card numbers, and we operate no payment server of our own.

The App may communicate over the network for the following purposes. No personal information is sent in any of these.
Other than network access (required for in-app purchases), the App requests no permissions such as camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos.
Except for the purchase processing by Apple / Google described above, we do not share or sell user information to any third party (and we do not collect personal information in the first place).
The App is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This Policy may be revised in response to changes in law or to new features of the App. When changes are made, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
